Right of return for consumers
Goods purchased on are subject to a 15-day full right of return.

The cancellation period expires 15 days after the day you received your item.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given to In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, remember to state your order/invoice no.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
For goods where pressure has been caused on behalf of the customer, the demand for payment of the full order amount is not waived by refusing to accept the goods.

Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have bought several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret the total or part of your purchase.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 8 days after the date you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods. Keep the shipping receipt as documentation that the item has been returned.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its properties and the way it functions. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back minus the shipping. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, the amount of this purchase will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the cost of the product minus the freight . The
item must be in our hands without undue delay and in any case no later than 8 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery, or to a parcel shop

Companies and public institutions are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The right of return only applies if there are complaints about the product or the delivery, and thus does not cover if the customer has regretted his purchase. See the Complaints section.

Items purchased on are checked before they are shipped. However, should there still be a fault with the product, this must be pointed out within a reasonable time after the fault has been discovered. Reasonable time is within 1 month from when the error is discovered. It is the buyer’s responsibility to demonstrate the defect. All goods at are covered by the Norwegian Sales Act’s rule of 24 months right of complaint. This means that complaints can be made about errors and defects that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour. The right to complain does not include normal wear and tear.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.
